Terms & Conditions

By installing the GuardStone Chrome extension, activating a license key, or accessing the admin/reseller panel at guardstone-admin.lovable.app, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not install, activate, or use the service.

These Terms apply to free trials, paid plans, and reseller accounts alike.

GuardStone grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the extension and related services for the duration of your active plan.

• Licenses are bound to a hardware fingerprint (HWID) and, by default, to one device.
• Free trials last 2 hours from activation and are limited to one per user.
• Paid licenses expire at the end of the billing period; access stops when the license expires.
• We may revoke a license at any time in case of fraud, chargeback, or breach of these Terms.

You agree that you will not:

• Copy, decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract source code from the extension or backend.
• Share, resell, sublicense, or distribute your license key outside our official reseller program.
• Use GuardStone to attack, spam, or violate the terms of Lovable (lovable.dev) or any third-party service.
• Bypass HWID binding, plan limits, kill-switches, or watermark controls.
• Use the service for anything illegal, abusive, or that infringes the rights of others.

You are responsible for keeping your license key, email, password, and Telegram account secure. Any action performed through your account or license is considered your responsibility.

If you suspect your license or account has been compromised, contact support immediately so we can revoke and reissue it.

• All prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) and are pre-paid.
• Payments are processed through our payment gateway partners; we do not store your card details.
• Renewals are not automatic unless a subscription option is explicitly selected at checkout.
• Prices, plans, and features may change; changes apply to new purchases and renewals, not to already-paid periods.
• Reseller commissions and balances follow the rules shown inside the reseller panel.

When your plan expires, the extension will stop working until you renew. We may send reminder notifications by email or inside the extension before expiration, but it is your responsibility to renew on time.

Expired licenses may be permanently removed from our systems after a reasonable retention period.

We may suspend or terminate your license without refund if you:

• Breach any part of these Terms or the Privacy Policy.
• Charge back a payment or commit payment fraud.
• Attempt to attack, exploit, or disrupt the GuardStone service or its users.
• Use the extension in a way that endangers other customers or the underlying Lovable platform.

GuardStone is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every future version of Lovable, Chrome, or your operating system.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to GuardStone is capped at the amount you paid for your current active plan in the 3 months before the claim.

We may update, add, or remove features at any time to improve the product, respond to Lovable platform changes, or comply with legal requirements. We may also update these Terms; the "Last updated" date above will reflect any changes.

Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled by the competent courts of Bangladesh.
