Installation & browsers
Which browsers does GuardStone support?
Any Chromium-based browser: Chrome, Edge, Brave, Opera, Arc, and Vivaldi. Firefox works with a manual load-unpacked step.
Do I need a Chrome Web Store account?
No. You can install directly from our ZIP using 'Load unpacked' in developer mode. If we publish on the Chrome Web Store, one-click install becomes available and the same download button will take you there automatically.
How do I install the extension?
Follow our step-by-step guide at /install — it takes under a minute.
Free trial
How long is the free trial?
2 hours — enough to test every feature end-to-end. One trial per customer.
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No card. Just create a free account with email verification, then claim the trial from your dashboard.
What happens when my trial ends?
The license simply stops activating. Your account and data stay intact — pick any plan when you're ready.
License keys & devices
How fast do I receive my license after payment?
Instantly. The key appears on-screen the moment payment clears, and it's also emailed to you.
Can I use one license on multiple devices?
Each plan lists its device limit. Higher tiers allow more concurrent devices. Every device is bound by its HWID (hardware ID).
I switched computers — can I move my license?
Yes. Reset the device from your dashboard, then activate on the new machine. Reset limits vary by plan.
Payments & refunds
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — full refund within 7 days if the product doesn't work for you. See the /refund page for the exact policy.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major cards, plus local gateways where available. Payments are processed securely — we never see your card details.
Security & privacy
Is my data safe?
The extension runs locally in your browser. We never read or store the content you write. See our /privacy page for details.
Can my license be stolen?
Every key is bound to a specific device (HWID). Even if a key leaks, it cannot be activated on an unauthorized machine.
